Kaye’s Bar & Restaurant/Last Chance Store

A Rum Cay Institution – 242-479-0124

Kaye's Bar Rum Cay SandbarKaye’s Bar was once owned by the late Delores Wilson and is named after her wonderful daughter, Kaye.   Kaye and her daughter Lilly are the operator/owners of this well known sandbar.  The bar floor is literally covered with sand which makes the place an authentic beach bar.

Kaye is an incredible cook offering cracked conch, chicken snack, conch burgers and traditional Bahamian dishes.  This is a great place for a cold beer and the first local bar you’ll reach on foot if coming from Sumner Point. Please don’t forget to sign the guestbook!

You will also find the Last Chance store now tucked into the corner of the restaurant for now.  The Last Chance endured incredible damage from Hurricane Joaquin and is still in disrepair.
